This page, the flags page, is available in all Chromium-based browsers I've tried so far.  What's even more interesting is if you paste this address in on new Edge or on Brave it will automatically convert the "chrome:" portion to the correct specifier for the browser in question.

Under Brave, it's got straight enable reader mode like Chrome does.

Edge has two separate bits related to what the call immersive reader.
