Hi. Betsy, The NV Access Web site doesn't have a direct download link. When you select the Download link the file usually doesn't begin downloading. Instead, there is a form which gives you the option of donating to the NV Access project. There are radio buttons on the page where you can choose an amount to donate but there is a choice to skip the donation, which you are absolutely free to do. Once you complete this form the download process should start. Depending on which Web browser you are using and how it has been set up the download might begin automatically or you might receive some additional prompts. I think that the more you try it the easier it will become and the more your confidence level will increase. The bottom line is that we really can't provide a link that will immediately initiate the download process.
