Actually I use an RSS reader that provides a feeds page, therefore the
feeds list format. The Old Reader is another example of one that
provides the feeds list format, although it kind of does it both ways, I
think. Your feeds are on the top though.

     simplerssreader.com also provides the feeds list format. I know
because I used it before my current reader, Miniflux. I use the hosted
version of a self-hosted RSS reader. https://reader.miniflux.app.
