Ron,

On my system when I first bring up Thunderbird and go into the addon manager it shows this addon as being checked not unchecked.  It still  acts like it would if it were unchecked though.  I still have to uncheck and recheck it to get it working.  Very strange.

Hi Group,

The quick key folder navigation is a Thunderbird add on not an NVDA add on. What I have noticed is that since a recent update of Thunderbird that some  how the use quick key folder navigation item becomes unchecked under Thunderbird settings/add on manager after you close Thunderbird. You have to recheck the check box every time you launch the program to get it to work again.
