What have you done so far to troubleshoot if anything? What version of windows, what version of nvda are you running, are you running any add ons? Etc? All of this of corse will enable us to help you out.

Just to let you know I had to install nvda from scratch and when I was on the log on screen nvda would not speek and also user account won't speek at all and every thing is at all defaults. I am wondering what could be causing this.
