I'd just save the NVDA Appdata folder for your user account and copy it over what a fresh install of NVDA puts there.
C:\Users\{your identifier}\Appdata\Roaming\nvda
That's the folder that contains all of your customizations to NVDA whether it be settings, add-ons, etc.
