Or failing that try an older version of NVDA I have a XP machine here using 16.2 ok not tried 16.3 on XXP so I couldn’t possibly comment on vista either

I never used Vista, but from memory it has to have service pack 1 for nvda to work properly just as xp has I think to have at least service pack 2. Brian
