I reported earlier that on my Win 10 20h2 system and running the latest version of NVDA that thatevery other time I used the shortcut I had on my desktop the documents folder would open but NVDA would not read the contents of the folder.
Well after trying many other things including running dism I removed the shortcut from my desktop and went through the process of adding the shortcut again. Works as it as it should now. Why that fixed it haven't a clue but it did.
