I used to use switch but now use reapers for all my needs, I use foobar for
my audio conversion needs as it is just faster and you can view the output.

I'm not too sure but nch swift sounds have many file converters.
They worked well with old versions of jaws so suppose they should work well
with nvda.
Just google nch swift sounds and I hope you find what you are looking for.
Although the free versions may not provide the exact conversion you want but

worth trying.
