Have you considered playing with the Xbox Game Bar that's built in to Windows 10.  The name is a bit offputting, but it was initially thought of as a way for gamers to record game play, but you can use it to record anything.

You can record what's happening on the screen, sound from the computer, and add your own voice narration if you so choose.  Given that it is a Windows built-in it should be accessible.

I do not understand why some seek to separate a person from their actions.  The self is composed of an individual’s thoughts, actions, and expression, which are contained in and actuated by the body.  What you do and say is the clearest indicator of who you are.
