To turn on sub titles it is in the same place as audio description in the player. In my case when audio description is turned on it stays on for all shows that have audio description until it is turned off which is never. It would have to be the same idea for sub titles that have it. The last time I used the web version it is very accessible along with the app on the phone and I think it was the same on my tv. If there is a app for windows 10 I have not used it. Lately I use a google smart speaker with a chrome cast to watch netflix and another page that tells me all the shows that are audio described for me to browse through. Not sure for sub titles but from what I hear there is a lot out on there platform but may be not for some languages. The following should help. How to turn the closed captioning or subtitles on or off when viewing Netflix content. 1. Launch the Netflix app. 2. Select a TV show or movie. 3. Select Audio & Subtitles from the options panel. 4.
