Ibrahim, there's a lot you don't tell us--specifically, how much ram
this machine has, how much free hard drive space, how many processors,
& their speed.
There is a Windows 10 compatibility tester that MS has. Did you run
this? If you have < 8gb of ram, then I suggest that Windows 10 is not
a good choice, especially when running adaptive technology. I would
also say that because this is an upgrade, there may be incompatible
apps or drivers.

I have had big system slowdowns sometimes after a huge amount of disk
activity, but it happens maybe once every few months or less and a restart
always sets everything right.
The problem you are experiencing must be specific to your system.
Perhaps if you give some stats about the machine, someone might have a
comment.
Maybe also go into task manager and take a look at startup items; see if
you can get rid of anything.
Maybe the manufacturer put some bloatware on the system that is messing
with it.

Subject: [nvda] Problems With NVDA and Windows10
Hello:
I've come to discover since I upgraded my laptop from windows7 to 10, that
the computer has not been responding to commands instantly.
When I launch a program or a website, it takes a very long time for it to
start. Even when I am typing it sometimes takes some seconds for the
characters to appear.
I don't know if this is a problem with the NVDA screen reader or it is a
problem with the operating system windows10.
I don't understand why this is happening. I didn't have this problem at any
time with windows7 or even XP.
I suspected at a time that the various security installations were causing
the problem, and I disabled windows defender. But this has still not solved
the problem.
So, what can I do. Has anyone had this problem before?
Thanking you in advance for your help in this regard.
Ibrahim.
