In my experience it hasn't been a common problem.  I've had it once in 4 years.  But yes, they absolutely need a better system.

Clarissa, I purchased the Code Factory voices several years ago. Admittedly, my computer is always connected to my router but I have never experienced an authorization failure when using these voices. I also launched NVDA with these voices this evening and experienced no problems.

Oh boy! I finally got enough money in my PayPal account and I was going to buy this add-on for NVDA from AT Guys. Then I see this thread! Is the server still down, or is it back up by chance?
