NVDA+N, P for Preferences, P for Punctuation/Symbol Pronunciation. The
items for those are there.

Running windows10 latest veersion and latest version of NVDA.  I have
always had my punctuation  set for some.  Seems that with the latest
release of NVDA the less than is now being spoken.  Did not speak before
with a setting of Some.
