If I remember right grab the golden cursor add on and it should do the trick for you it can be gotten at https://addons.nvda-project.org/addons/goldenCursor.en.html You will need to instal it into nvda and the directions of how to use it can be found under the help section for the add on in add on manager in nvda.
It will also let you move it around with arrow keys and do hot spots I think they are called.
