It really helps to have a few specific examples where the behavior either occurs or does not occur, and consistently.
This really cannot be discussed in the abstract. One has to be trying to deal with something in order to tease out what is, or is not, occurring. And if a fix to NVDA ends up being needed, this is absolutely essential. You can't fix what you can't reproduce.
