In Word you can mark text as being in a specific language by choosing the Language option from the Review tab. From the Language submenu tab over to another option also labeled Language.

The sequence of keystrokes to quickly do this is alt+R, U. If you want language set for a portion of the text ensure that you have selected the text prior to issuing this command. The marked text can be in HTML, PDF, Word and maybe in a few more... 2 - Vocalizer Expressive, do that and also change the language based in the group of Unicode characters used by the language...
