Hello all,

The one caveat I would add to this thread is that automatic language switching keeps the speech rate constant between languages. If one is more comfortable with one language than the other, this might not be ideal. 

A work around is to use configuration profiles or the SwitchSynth addon to set languages at different speech rates. It does require manual switching but is a quick and easy hotkey instead of manual resetting of the voice settings each time a switch is needed. 

Hopefully this will help anyone like me who is still learning those other languages. :)
