I’m sorry I didn’t reply sooner. I was hit with hurricane Mathew and
had to go to my sisters house.
I just can’t seem to get the ocr and place marker files downloaded. I
did as you suggested but, still no luck.

Is that from off the main add on page? that is where the add ons are but link to another page where the add on is. You will need to go to that page to get it.
There will be a stable version of it as well as a developers version.
Depending which browser you are using you could try any of the following.
While on the link you can use the letter K to jump down to the stable version then either press the enter key on it. It then might give you the option to open or save it. in most cases you would save it to some where easy to locate it on your pc. for example desktop. Then you would locate the add on press the enter key on it and say yes to it 2 times to install it.
Or the other way is while on the link, use the context key in either internet exploder or mozilla fire fox arrow down to either save target as in internet exploder or save link as in mozilla fire fox thenpress the enter key. The dialogue box will come up so you can save the add on to your pc. Make sure you note where you are saving the add on to. for example the desk top, then locate it after it is on the desktop then press the enter key on it to install it. say yes to it 2 times for it to be installed.
hope this helps.
