Again, if it's illegal, then I'll desist. However, the IBM TTS is phenomenal. It even offers access to Chinese, Japanese and Korean voices.

I'm fairly new to the list and to anything that is not the most basic structure in NVDA. My question: Where can I find free speech synthesizer add-ons for NVDA? I searched the add-on site but didn't see this particular category listed.
