As an assistive technology instructor, I have a client with an unusual issue with NVDA.  She has a Windows 10 computer, and this problem occurs no matter what browser she uses.  When she opens her email in a browser, she can navigate through the prompts, the software alerts her to what field she is in, and enter data in each one - except the body of the message.  There is no audio prompt that she is in that field.  Strangely enough, the number and characters can still be entered but no letters.  Even more strangely, if she is replying to a message instead of composing an original email, everything works exactly as it should.  If anyone has any suggestions for what is causing this problem and how to resolve it, we would greatly appreciate it!
