Re: Accessible PDF reader

I don't use Adobe and I have seldom done so in the past.  I would think you should be able to tab to move through links in browse mode.  If the command is the same in NVDA localized for your language, there is another move by links command, which is the letter k.

As far as find is concerned, you use the same command in browse mode as on a web page.  Any time you are in browse mode, commands are the same as on web pages if they are browse mode commands..

OK.

For example this issue with links, or search field too

For example I must use tab and form mode to access links and also, when I have pressed tab on find field (ctrl+f), NVDA says 'unknown'. I use NVDA in Slovak, but this word is translated to English, as unknown.

Since I don't know what specific problems you are having, I don't know if this will meet your needs.  A good way to read PDF documents is to open them in the Edge browser.  However, if the documents contain tables, it appears the table formatting isn't kept.  But for straight text, Edge opens PDF documents very quickly and by default, returns to the last page you were reading.

Use control o when in Edge to open the open file dialog and treat as you would any standard open dialog.

Hello.

I have a problems with Adobe acrobat reader to read a text, also with some dialogues. I have heard, that another NVDA users have It too.

Please, can exist some good alternative? Or, which version of Acrobat reader is still accessible to the blind users?

Thank You.
