Hi The answer to the question is yes, NVDA does have the feature that identifies repeating characters, it just delivers the information in a different way to Window Eyes.

I like 9 equals rather than equals repeats 9 times, but that's just me. It's faster verbiage IMHO.

Which is quite bad, because what if you get the string 9= in a file, maybe for programming?
It should say Equals repeats nine times.

NVDA says the number then the symbol, ie, if I write 9 consecutive equal signs, NVDA says 9 equals.
