Is this a new behavior?

If so, had you previously been using the Easy Table Navigator add-on?  It appears that the version on the Community Add-Ons site is not as recent as the one in the Spanish NVDA Add-On Catalog, so it's the latter I've given the link to.  This add-on makes working with tables in MS-Word and in webpages much easier.

Also, have you tried The Most Basic Troubleshooting Steps for Suspected NVDA Issues?
