That really depends on what settings you want. As far as I am aware, for example creating a portable version you get asked about this. If you want them then the copy is basically a clone of all the settings add ons the lot, except those which rely on the secure user specific stuff. I've never seen an actual option to just move the settings as where would you stop? Core settings, add ons profiles?
