If it shows 20H2 or 21H1 at this point then something's not working right with Windows Update.  Someone else reported they were back on 20H2 in another topic this morning.  My advice there bears repeating: Go to the Microsoft Windows 10 Download Page, then activate the Update Now button/link to force an update to 21H2 (the November 2021 update).

Everyone, whether using Windows 10 or Windows 11, should be on Version 21H2 at the moment.
