Thanks for the tip about google chrome. I was hoping it would open in Microsoft edge but it didn’t work. Now I’m using google chrome as my default browser.

Hi Rosemarie,

I’m using  latest nvda and google chrome in newest win10  and the :what’s new:  feature opens   as a webpage.

Try once more for good luck.

Cheers,

Subject: [nvda] can't read the what's new section in the help menu

Hi, everyone,

I wanted to read the what’s new section in the NVDA help menu. I hit insert N for the menu, hit the down arrow to the help section. Then I hit the right arrow to open it. When I hit enter on the what’s new section, I was taken back to the desktop instead of the what’s new section. What could be going on? I’m now running NVDA 2022.4 which is the latest version. Is there a setting I might need to change.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Rosemarie
