nvda+L (Laptop keyboard layout) that reads current line, 3-times so

what NVDA just read gets copied onto the Clipboard? Just like the
logic behind NVDA+t 3-times to copy the title's content to the
clipboard, the same logic could be applied to NVDA+l 3-times, right?
it's just so natural of nvda+T 3-times that I've thought why not
implement this into copy current line? I'm always looking for ways to
better NVDA, thus the suggestion.

If you are going to use a date cell then it needs to contain a complete date or nothing can be expected to guess that date correctly.  It has to choose something, and it does.

If you want the 31st of January then enter a valid representation of the 31st of January.

I just had my laptop to a computer store for repair.  The install of Win

10 had become corrupted and there was no way to roll back so they did a

clean install of Win 10 Anniversary version for me. This will no doubt

get updated to Creators soon.  The problem I'm having is that NVDA no

longer shows up in the Ease Of Access Center as it used to.  I tried

unchecking the auto start nvda at win log on and saving this and then

going right back and check it and save again.  I even restarted nvda a

couple times.  It still won't show up for me in Ease Of Access.  Can

anyone help?

The only advantage you have in changing is if you urgently need some of the new languages...

Otherwise, you will pay again what you already have...

And, if you use the automatic language switching, you will change to worse...

Since Vocalizer from Tiflotecnia doesn't seem to be receiving updates, I wonder is there any advantages in switching to the Codefactory version, in terms of the prospect of getting future updates and functionality? I checked the price of the Codefactory version, and looks like it's cheaper than the Tiflotecnia version.

In a Calc spreadsheet I have some cells with numbers formatted to show only two or three decimal places.

But NVDA reads all digits before and after the decimal point.

When I copy the cell contents to the clipboard and use INSERT+C to do NVDA read the contents, the number is announced correctly, with the two or three decimal places.

I don't remember seeing this issue in LibreOffice 4 and NVDA 2015, but cannot tell wich program is causing the problem.

Hmm, for the record in 7 at least one can import the xp version of
Wordpad with its ordinary ribbons.
It also seems to get around the apparent random format choices in save
that the newer version seems to exhibit, at least for myself.
Thinks.. I wonder if this is in any way related to the some menues
dont work after running some software, issue I meantioned yesterday?

I've seen three reports now cumulatively on different lists that Windows 10 users aren't affected by the Wordpad problem.  One or two users have Windows 7 and Windows 10 computers and they have the problem on their Windows 7 machines after updating and not on their Windows 10 machines updating.  So Windows 10 users don't need to worry.
