Marco, CD Burner XP (which works well beyond XP and is currently supported) is worth a try. The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing in the right place but to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment. ~ Dorothy Nevill

Re: But, this site doesn't countains virus

And, as a piece of information that may be useful
and interesting to Chrome users, it appears that such notices are inaccessible
in Chrome. After all these years, are they ever going to make the browser
as accessible as it should be after all this time? And, to make matters
more interesting, I was able to select the text and paste it into Notepad and I
could read it there. The Google information is both inaccurate and
incomplete. it says that the error is because your clock and date are
wrong. It doesn't state the real problem, a certificate that can't be
verified because of errors in it. Not very impressive on both
fronts. But if Google users ever get an inaccessible message with a title
that says something like clock error when you read the title bar, that's what it
really is--a certificate error.

making an exception, I found, can be done on a one time basis so I tested with a
much newer browser. When I tested with a newer browser, I was able to go

certificate and the site is still probably safe, exceptions shouldn't be made
unless you are confident that the site is safe.

Re: But, this site doesn't countains virus

I assumed that you were talking about the main NVDA
site since you didn't specify anything different. You must be specific
when asking questions. I just checked the add ons site and an untrusted
message does come up. Also, when I tried to continue to the site, I got a
message that the site can't be displayed. So there is no problem with your
browser. The site administrators will have to find out what the
problem is with the site.

There is no problem with the certificate for the NVDA site. Use the go
ahead option the browser gives you to use it anyway. I'm not sure how to
correct the problem you are having. Make sure both the time and date are
correct on your computer. the most common reason to get such warnings is
if your time and/or date are wrong. Aside from that, I don't have the
technical knowledge to tell you other things to try to correct it.

Good software to burn not only data, but audio CD also and DVD
Hi!
I would like to find some software to create (write), or copy Audio CDs, data CDs and DVDs. I have Nero burn lite, but It is for audio CD. I have also Img Burn, but maybe It isn't very accessible. I have heard about Infra recorder and Try It, but I can't copy CDs from that. Thank You! Marco Oros

Yes sending bits of changes to screens as remote desktop does not send info for a screenreader, which is why nvda remote is needed.

Brian's Mail list account
I believe from the small review I heard on rnib connect that you can have it self voice or not, so it has to be in a setting somewhere in chicken Nugget one supposes. I'm intrigued though by how its turned off in nvda. this muse surely mean turning it off is possible or the two voices would get in the way of each other, surely?

The best you'll be able to get is the following: 1. Start an RDP connection. 2. Connect NVDA Remote somewhere on both machines. That should work.

Hi Luke, thank you for the answer. I'd prefer NVDA Remote no matter the difficulty. If only anyone would know whether it's possible at all... Our users will have poor internet connection, hence the need for RDP. From what I understand the audio service option is bandwidth-intensive and a significant lag might be experienced. Thanks again, F.

Re: is there a clock add on?
Gene New Zealand <hurrikennyandopo@...>
Hi
toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
At any time you can use the nvda key + f12 key to tell you the time. There is a add on that you can get that alerts you of the time say every 10 minutes or so with the time or sound etc. It can be found at https://addons.nvda-project.org/addons/clock.en.html it will need to be installed but works well.
