Were developers, and users both aware of this?

So... normally, I'd not really have a need to go
here with this type device, but I still think it's worth mentioning, as this
is kind of bizarre.
I'm using Talkback 5.2 non beta build on a Galaxy
S8 Plus, Android 7.0 Nougat. I know this isn't an Android list. Here me out on
this.
I tried in Chrome to go to:
I was basically using this, as it's a familiar
enough website, and was trying to show my friend how well web browsing works
with Talkback.
Well, this was an epic failiar if ever their be
one!
First, when I double tapped on the link that says
About: collapsed, it actually opened the link for downloads.
When I tried double tapping the link for services,
absolutely nothing happened. Yes, I tried both with touch exploration, and also
by flicking.
I wonder if there is something wrong with the html
coding on the website which isn't allowing Talkback to access those links
correctly on the NV Access page. Normally, web browsing isn't near this
unreliable, so I know it's not Talkback, as I browse all the freaking time from
my phone, and normally the experience is incredible!
The website works fine, by the way with Safari on
iOS.
Any ideas?

I fully agree. KNFBReader is the best and fastest on a smartphone, at least for me on my iPhone. I'm also using finereader on my PC, but I'm using an older version and it works fine with Win10, but is only 30$ on Amazon. No need to pay 100 bucks for the most recent version.

Now when I am using many different software packages it always jumps back to the start menu if I do things like closing an email, or making some choices in other programs. It will do this if I delete a file sometimes too.
Is anyone else having this experience? Is it something to do with Win 10 Creators or is it something to do with NVDA?
Thanks.

Hello,
I am using NVDA 2017.2 with Firefox. It worked fine, but after a Windows update it woill only say "web page title. Firefox row 1 column 2." I've been doing some research on how to resolve the issue, but nothing has worked. I've tried reinstalling NVDA, and uninstalling the Windows updates that I thought caused the issue. How can I fix this? Thanks, Justin.

Re: Microsoft Store not accessible for KNFB purchase
thanks Gene,
I am familiar with object navigation and that was how I was trying to access the list, using NVDA + num pad 4 and 6 to move up and down it. I gave up and called in sighted assistance this afternoon, and finally figured out why I was having trouble with the month a and year lists .... there were no items in those lists. What I hadn't realised was that in the address fields it thought that my Microsoft region was Turkmenistan! Presumably they don't use credit cards in Turkmenistan! When I changed my region in my Windows settings and re-visited the store page, I did not have to enter any details other than choosing the buy now button. I assumed it was pulling in the card info I entered into my Microsoft account yesterday, but no — it automatically used my PayPal info which I'd used to purchase MS Office 2016. So thanks Gene and all other respondents on this question — I now have KNFB Reader installed and am playing around with OCRing of some PDF documents :) Giles
