But there may be a specific reason Windows Media Player must be usede in this case. Groove Music is a streaming service and, assumedly, it allows music to be listened to off line, but I would thing the music is DRM protected and would become available off line even if ripped or burned because such services don't want people to have music from them available if they are no longer members. Such services make money by having people listen to and have access to music as members, not by members having access to music when no longer members.
Also, is the correct terminology being used? Rip is creating MP3 files from a CD. Do you, the person who asked the question, want MP3 files, from ripping, or do you want to burn a CD and have the music on a CD? You say rip a CD and, since many people don't use correct terms for ripping and burning, this should be clarified. I'm not assuming you use incorrect terms. But since I don't know, I want to be sure you are actually wanting to rip and not burn a CD.

Another reason to send the steps on list is so that
if there are errors, people may correct them. Also, the instructions may
vary slightly, depending on the version of media Player being used, which may be
different depending on the version of Windows being used. So, for the
person who wants instructions, what version of Windows are you
using?

Hi again, Gary,
I just got a reply from the other list I'm on and the person suggested not to even touch groove music. I use windows media player for ripping CD's.

Please can you re-phrase that question? It doesn't make sense to me.
Thanks,
Antony.

Eloquence&Vocalizer Gives NVDA A Real Screen Reader Feel To Me
James Robinson
Hello!
I recently purchased the CodeFactory Eloquence&Vocalizer Voices for NVDA and installed them on my main computer. These synthesize voices really make NVDA sound and feel like a real Screen Reader to me. I really had a tough time listening to the InHouse voices that are shipped with NVDA and longed for better voices for it. I do wish there was a way for NVDA to License these voices for all of the copies of NVDA downloaded and installed and I wish CodeFactory and NVDA could bring this agreement about, but I realize I may be dreaming though. I feel Code Factory could make the number of machines and the number of installations of the software limitless. Now I will be able to use NVDA more. Take care and have a good day. Oh By The Way: What is the direct download link for the Skype Talking for NVDA AddOn. I clicked on the link at the bottom of NVDA@NVDA.Groups.io email, but it said "File could not be found." I believe Dug Lee has NVDA scripts for skype but I am not sure. If so, do let me know about them or the NVDA Skype scripts. James Robinson

mail app question
Gary Metzler <gmtravel@...>
Hi All,
I am trying
the win10 mail app using the latest nvda and win10. I’m worndering if
anyone is having the same issue as I am? When I go into my inbox and at
the message list the message starts reading before I open it. I don’t have
the preview pane checked. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Thanks for any help. Regards, Gary kn4ox

I just tried it and it worked so maybe as was suggested on the site, it was full or temporarily down.
