I agree, which is why I'm saying just use he software, you won't ir at least should not get into trouble. And it would be less work for you to convert everything into html anyway.

Take care

true for Firefox as well. Also, I'm not sure what you want to do.
You appear to want to be able to save multimedia files without them

Chrome or Firefox. As I said, there may be ways to do these things

But in terms of files such as audio files like MP3s, in Firefox,
once the file starts to play in the browser, you can save it by
issuing the command control s, then using the save as dialog that

Please explain what you want to do in detail so people can address it.

Re: issue with google chrome 64 update.

It causes slowness in just about everything, because intel screwed up majorly we won't get any piece till we get new chips so if you want to stay with intel I'd wait a couple years till they release another chip.

For me its one reason I am moving to the competition, amd while it to has to contend with some of this is more resilient to most of this.

I'm quite new at these things but I tend to go a bit against the grain. What would happen if you just used it and ignored the mumbo jumbo about sanctions. Will you really get into trouble if you use the adobe suite? Why not just use it and ignore everything in the licence agreement, or use a proxy and pretend you are in the US. I do this when I need to shuttle my internet trafic to another state or country when my ISP is doing somethingn I don't like I'd say just use the software and don't worry about getting into trouble.

true for Firefox as well. Also, I'm not sure what you want to do. You

But in terms of files such as audio files like MP3s, in Firefox, once

Please explain what you want to do in detail so people can address it.

You may want to live in the technological past indefinitely but you

You need to be very careful of torrent software it can intervene in searches by using something called conduit, which as the name suggests adds commercial content to any search you do anywhere. You need to check for this or similar with malware programs.

I just installed qbittorrent. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the email
about how to make the transfer treeview accessible. I googled it,
but only got a page full of sponsored content and forum posts about
nvidia stuff. Google seems to be less now than it once was. IE,
NVDA and NVidia are not the same thing, sighs.

I can use object navigation to see what's in the tree, but given
hundreds of torrents, looking at each piece of info individually for
each one is possibly not the most efficient way.

Thanks.

Hi Melissa.

Yes, you can use notepad to edit the file. It's not enough to run notepad as administrator, though, assuming you are using Windows 10 at least. You will have to grant yourself permission to change the file by taking ownership of it using the attributes in the properties dialog. To be honest, I don't 100% understand how ownership rites in Windows 10 function. I got it to work, but it took quite a bit of experimenting, which is the reason I was particularly annoyed by Microsoft changing it back again. Essentially, you want to grant yourself "full control" of this particular file, which means you have permission to edit it.

Where exactly the file is depends on what you are using....whether you are using an older SAPI voice or the newer Core1 voices? Each voice has its own ini. The file I edited was at this path location:
C:\Windows\Speech_OneCore\Engines\TTS\en-US
And as it's the David voice I've been using, the name is:
M1033David.INI

The lines you are looking ror are these two:
IntonationPhraseBoundary=
SentenceBoundary=

I do not remember what the original values were at the moment, but I believe it's in milliseconds or something. I altered the sentence boundary to 350 and that seems a lot better to me, though you may prefer less of a pause. Play around and see what you get and what you like.

If you get stuck with the file attributes thing, there are resources on the internet that can help you. Someone else on the list may understand this better than I do. It's one of those things which I thought I was familiar with, but trying to edit a Windows ini file showed me that in fact I'm still unclear on how this totally works. Still, at least I got it to do what I wanted it to.

This licensing process is one reason I haven't made this purchase. I'd love to be able to have something easy to work and not to worry about if it will stop working or not after I made some update.

I'd be interested in using David--the pauses are what turn me off from doing so though. I thought I remembered hearing updating the ini file before, but can't find the email though I saved it.

What is the file? Where is it found? Where is the line found to edit this? Can one use notepad to edit the file?
Sorry for the barrage of questions.

Thank you

No.  They have worked on a method for backing up data so that when you reinstall the program, you can put the data back.  I don't know how comprehensive the data backed up is nor do I know whether it is considered to be in its stable form or if it is still a beta.

OT. Sharing an audio drama database.

Below is a page that is a giant database of modern audio and radio dramas. The database also includes free web series but mostly posts podcasts. The category pages are tables though, so it is more accessible to do a search in the edit box and just look for keywords, rather than clicking on the categories. It has an RSS feed, too! I included the free tag link below just because.

http://audio-drama.com/doku.php/wiki/tag/free

I also include a blog that reviews story driven and narrative podcasts and radio dramas. The nonfiction conversation podcasts are rarely reviewed but do get some spotlight time sometimes.

I'd hoped somebody might have already. What is the difference between their product and the other version being sold on line?
I have neither myself as don't like Eloquence uk as a vvoice, and the others are not needed.
It does seem to be a bug to me, as no other system will chase you unless hardware has been changed.
It may check if you are there occasionally but will not fail simply because you could not be seen in the appropriate time limit.

Dolphin doo this. I've seen their pings occasionally, one assumes they keep tabs on old customers and then ask you about updates when yours is out of date, but a speech synth is perhaps not so crucial to update as a screenreader and in any case it should only flag up updates not cut you off.

because I don't expect them to do anything about the crazy requirements for
using the voices. I'll thkink twice before I purchase such software in the

Can we use any other Microsoft voices that windows offers? If so, how do we
do it?

Hi, I just downloaded both new snaps here via the built in downloader, although both worked, there were significant pauses during the downloads, but no errors stopped it.
I would need to set up a trial download repeater to test it as I did yesterday, using a batch file or something as I don't want repetitive strain injury.

Hi brian

There is a problem in a couple of browsers that i have tried to get it
with. The download starts then dies some times at 400 k or so some times a
bit more. I have adsl and have even left it but still no go.

there is no anti virus blocking it either. I am guessing other should be
getting the same problem.. It is the version with 64 f on it it is the
latest one.

I wonder what is happening?

Subject: [nvda] Master snapshot is only 540k

Hi guys

is the servers playing up? For the last couple of days i have been
trying to download a master snapshot and each time it comes down it is only
about 540k. Is the server playing up? for when i go to click on it up comes
a security smart screen I think it is the windows one.

I am also wondering if things have changed like it is a stub then it
gets the main file? I am guessing not.

I usually like once a week to see what might of gone into it each week.

Has any one else had the same problems?

This was doing it from inside of the master snapshot under the help
section.

I have also tried it from the main page and still got the same results.

This was again on feb 18th and also tried on the 17th
