Thank you very much of course are use eloquence with jaws but I’m trying to put together an affordable machine for people in Africa NVDA the only way to go and I’m just trying to create a better speech output then what comes with a regular Windows platform.  I observe what you were saying about sluggishness also speed pitch and tone are affected as well again thanks

Hi there,

I’m a new nvda user. I’m liking it so far I’m really impressed with it.

I’m just wondering about any good addons that might be useful. What do people favour using? I use programmes like iTunes and winamp and skype. I haven’t yet downloaded skype onto my new machine as I’m told it’s not that accessible. Would like more information on this.

You would type a space in the replacement field. This will probably work.

i use nvda 2016.4 forever.
but it does not matter, i have this issue since nvda 2016.2 (which

then press enter on add button and in the pattern type my punctuation
which i dont want to hear in sayAll,
then what exactly should i type in replacement that nvda never does
not announce this punctuation at all when using sayAll and i hear it
only when i need editing documents by navigating letter by letter?
