Hi Christopher,
If you want to find the personal e-mail of a sender when you are using Thunderbird for e-mail, do the following.
1. Open the message. 2. Press shift + Tab until you hear the name of the desired sender. 3. Press the context key (the key 2 positions to the left of the right control key. 4. You are given a menu of items including copy e-mail address; add to address book, and send e-mail to. 5. Make your choice and you should be good to go.

session, I'm supposed to get log files of users who are having difficulty & see if I can decipher them & figure out the problem. So, when that happens, can you press NVDA+f1, ctrl+a to select all characters, ctrl+c to copy, & then send it me. Or it's in c:\users\username\AppData\local\temp\nvda.log, which u can just attach. If you have to restart NVDA, then it's in c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp\nvda-old.log. Thanks for help w/my homework! Lol. Meanwhile, let's see if that might actually help troubleshoot your issues, & maybe Mark's as well.

Please forgive me for starting a new thread on the same topic Mark posted about yesterday. I'm subscribed to this list in daily summary mode, since I don't always have time to read all messages that flood my in box. Unfortunately, I have difficulty replying to messages online. This is somewhat more doable on my PC, but right now, I'm using my BrailleNote Touch, and the edit field for replies doesn't appear after I click on the Reply link. I've emailed support@groups@io about this.
That said, I'm also experiencing the same issue that Mark is having with speech stopping. In my case, it only happens occasionally, and when it does, my BrailleNote Touch is connected as a display, and I'm either in Word or Thunderbird. The only way I can get everything to work properly again is to shut down NVDA, disconnect and re-connect my BrailleNote Touch, and re-start NVDA. As I said, this doesn't happen often, but I thought I would let you all know, anyway, for what it's worth. What is the setting in nvdas sound parts, ie I found I had to point it to the driver for my usb soound system it did not migrate on its own, but now it knows bothexist it seems to be working ok.
