Sorry, neither of those approaches works. Pressing escape twice does nothing. If I'm in focus mode how do I get back to

browse mode. There doesn't seem to be a NVDA key for that. The post body is an editor. There must be a special ctrl or alt keystroke to terminate it. John

Re: off topic, who can help me for buying mobile phone with android operating system?
Gene
The list allows and has allowed a certain amount of
off topic discussion as list policy. This helps the list retain members,
helps build a sense of community and keeps traffic at a high enough level that
the list doesn't lose members because of too low activity.
Just skip what you aren't interested in by deleting
it or mute the topic..

Re: Phonetic spelling again
Gene
If you look at the quick keys reference, you will
see that the information is organized as a table, with the desktop command and
the other ways of issuing the command, such as the laptop layout command,
given. Did you turn the laptop layout on? I really dislike the
laptop layout. You may disagree but if I had a laptop without a numpad, I
would buy a USB numpad and use the desktop layout.

Subject: [nvda] Phonetic spelling again Thanks for the info, Jean. I went through the users’ guide and the quick
reference documents and didn’t find anything specifically about activating
phonetic spelling. Is there a way to do this from a laptop without using a
numpad? Where can I find this info in the NVDA documentation?
Thanks,

I really doubt these apps do anything unless you
somehow activate them or give them information or perhaps do something
else. I don't have a smart phone and I don't know much about apps, but I
receive a technology newsletter and I have for years. I haven't once seen
this subject, that is, just having the apps on a phone, discussed or even
mentioned as a possible security concern. I am therefore skeptical that
they are a concern. Of course, I'll consider other comments and I'm not
assuming I am right but at this point, I am very skeptical that these are
problems.

I forgot that the Preferences dialog had been
reorganized so the second part of my message doesn't apply. But, as far as
I know, the first part still does. If it doesn't, I hope others will tell
you how to get into the preferences section from the system tray.

Hi all,
Windows 10 App Essentials 18.11.1 is on its way (to go live in about an hour from now). This one should resolve Google Chrome address bar problem where after installing WinTenApps 18.11 and with bookmarks bar enabled from Chrome, you had to press Alt+Tab to move from address bar to search results. I'm just getting started with Wordpress. When I write a post the title is no problem. However, when I write the body I
can't terminate the editor and move on to the next field. What is the keystroke to terminate the editor? I can't find that anywhere.
