Hi David, Yes, when running the slideshow, press CONTROL+SHIFT+S to toggle between reading the slide content and the speaker notes. Regards Quentin.

Re: suggestions
Quentin Christensen
There are several ways to provide suggestions and feedback for NVDA. The most official is the GitHub page: From that main page you can use the edit box to search for words relating to your suggestion or issue to see if it has come up before. EG: here are the results of a search for "bard": https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+bard So nobody has yet filed an issue for Bard apparently. That can be done by using the "New Issue" button: https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/issues/new On the new issue screen there are two edit boxes, one for the title (try to be descriptive but in about one line, eg "NVDA only reads part of the annotation in the BARD app" (I'm not personally familiar with the BARD app, so maybe someone who is would be more familiar with what you mean by annotation). The other edit box has instructions in it for what information to include, but basically follow the prompts in the text for what to include. You can also report issues here or by email to us (info@...). The advantage of reporting directly on GitHub is that not only NV Access staff see those, but other contributors to the project, who may be able to help and may have an interest in writing the particular code. The advantage of reporting issues here in the group is that if you are not sure whether something is a bug or not (eg if there is a trick to reading annotations in Bard that you are not aware of), someone will often read it sooner and be able to respond (if anyone knows). Regards Quentin.

Re: Virtual dub 2.
A few more accessibility improvements can be done. I've also been looking for a full list of keyboard commands but can't find any online, so I will have to create that document myself probably but everything can be done with the keyboard. A few sliders, in the video section of the preferences dialog do not read but I am sure a blind developer can fork virtual dub 2 and fix what little accessibility issues remain. I'll start making an online document somewhere that lists keyboard shortcuts.

I forgot all about the Mozilla Apps Enhancements add-on. I actually already had that add-on installed and I still did it the old way. Oh well, at least it's done. Hopefully next time I'll remember to use the NVDA-H Keystroke that the add-on provides.

Hi
There is now a add on you can install into nvda that will make it alot easier to change it.
You can get it from the official add on website which can be accessed through tools then manage add ons then tab to get addons and you can get it from there. I should put that up on that page as well. The older way still works werll.

Re: NVDA navigating tab element in webpage
Gene
No, your English was clear. I misunderstood
the question because I saw what you see as tabs as links when I look at the page
with an older Chrome. so I thought you didn't see the tabs with NVDA but
knew about them in some other way.
I'm sorry I misunderstood your message but it
wasn't because of your language. It was because I have seen tabs on other
pages but I didn't on that one until I used a newer Chrome version.
Because I had seen tabs properly identified on other pages, I thought I would
see them properly identified on the Youtube page, but they weren't.
So, since I didn't see tabs, I wasn't sure what you
were asking for, though your language was clear.

Re: NVDA navigating tab element in webpage
Gene
I checked using a much newer version of
chrome. The old version didn't report the items as tabs. It showed
them as links. the very recent version does say tab for those items.
They are perhaps ten or twelve down arrows from the top of the page. I
tried pressing enter on one of the tabs and it changed the content on the page
as it should have. So the question being asked wasn't how to make the tabs
work or whether NVDA would be upgraded to do so. The question being asked
is whether there will be a quick navigation key added so you can move by
tab.
When I saw the question I thought it was unclear
because I didn't see tabs, but I saw links instead. But the question is
clear, though I think it would have been helpful to illustrate it by giving
examples such as the move by heading command and the move by button
command. I'm sorry I misunderstood the
question.

As far as I know currently NVDA do not have any keystroke to navigate to
those tab element, Since you say that you can see the tabs, I suspect
you are asking for a quick navigation key to move to the next tab. But
that isn't clear from your message and it might be read to say or imply that you
can't get to or work with them at all with NVDA. Please explain if you can
work with the tabs now and if you want a quick navigation key such as is now
available for buttons, headings, etc.
