Open the nvda preferences submenu with nvda+n, then the letter p. Arrow down to "Weather Plus Settings" and press enter or right arrow to open that submenu. Arrow down to documentation and press enter. The file you'll want is in the folder that you'll be in at that point. It's an html file. Travis

OK, found Weather Plus First Settings.html. In fact, found 13 copies of it. Seem to each be in a different language. The first one, in english, (sorry, I'm monolanguistic), seems to be a form that need to join up with something: login and password and all that. Too complicated for my little brain. I'll find another way to get my weather.

OK, got it. and at the bottom of the help file it says to read
Weather Plus First Settings.html. No idea where to find that one,
but I'll look around.

This is very promising addons to be use with. Just like to ask since we are talking about image is this possible to read as well some of the capture image that is commonly used to embed in site.primarily this is majority of us and having to solve but, at least give us easy way to solve rather than hearing theaudio instead. Re: O.T.: I heard the news about New Zealand...
Sometimes I wander, I was born christian but don't practice as such. I have a few friends and family that are what I would call extreme religian wize. They do things that make me wander. I have managed to get a respectfull relationship with them for the most part, others havn't but even so. There are things that I just have to let go, ways they live their lives, things they do with their money, and the way their kids now behave but then its not my place. Its interesting for me though, I am blind and can hold my peace, others in my family can hold it to but do show annoyance at this extremisim I have had worse though and most people depending on how it goes I either put up with or avoid when able but you can't some of the time.

Re: μTorrent 3.5.4: NVDA does't read the name in the list of entries.
To be honest, with all the piracy laws against things with torrents being the most targeted form. You can do what you want but you need a vpn to do it. Though a report said that online streaming has taken a lot of the piracy off. So if you want to crack all movies all day long, maybe you should just get a netflicks subscription its only 10 bucks a month and you can run 3 users per profile. Its what I have mentioned to some friends that are full video pirates there is no need. Music, well depending where you go, you can get cds etc still and some of that is digital, most stuff costs between 10-25 bucks and if you want only spaciffic songs and don't want to use amazon or something compilations of things are still good. Youtube music playlists exists as well as free online radio stations so its got a bit better at least.

losing braille

I keep losing braille. Same under this latest braille extender.
to get braille restarted I have to unplug the usb cable, plug it back in, then revert to former configuration on nvda menu. I have run the port registration tool. This is not a new problem. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

I recently released something similar to what you're talking about, it's called "Image describer" and is an NVDA add-on. The shortcut to get a description for an image is NVDA+Control+I. The add-on can be downloaded at http://www.screenreader.ai/

On your add-ons manager, there should have a button called "help" or something like that for each add-on installed. Try it :)

Will always make all updates, on the www.screenreader.ai website, otherwise I could make some sort of mailing list if people want. I could also include some message saying there's a newer version in the image descriptions :)

Evidently, you need to use the system tray add-on
to do this. I use the add-on but I don't use a new version. All I
want is to get the system tray dialog. there is evidently an updated
version that adds this other feature if you issue the NVDA key f11 command
twice.

Re: Seeing AI for NVDA, Windows 10 or both?
Oliver, The option of including a message on the add-on itself informing of a new version is a good idea indeed. However, have you ever thought of doing kind of a newsletter, as you have other project in the works? So the newsletter would inform the folks interested on your
add-ons, at once, every time one or more of them would be with an
update. Em 15/03/2019 15:20, Oliver Edholm

Re: μTorrent 3.5.4: NVDA does't read the name in the list of entries.
Torrents are all about colaboration with each other. Many people after downloading what they want just remove the torrent from the list of download, which at this point is upload, which is a mistake and a sense of selfish. When it comes to torrent, the more people sharing the same one, the better and faster to download it. And it won't hurt to let it use one or two KBs of your internet to allow a faster download for the folks interested in that torrent. Now imagine if everyone would think this way? It would be wonderful to the community!
About viruses, well, if you know what and from where you are
downloading, chances you get some sort of virus are less than
minimal :) Em 15/03/2019 14:06, Brian's Mail list
