Reading column and row headers in MS Excel
Mohd. Ahtesham Shaikh
Hi friends,
I have a file where I am not able to make NVDA read the column headers. I think that I have assigned column heading to more than 1 header cell. Is there any way I can disable all column and row heading command and then re-assign fresh headers and columns. NVDA does not read column headers if there are more than 2headers defined by mistake. Please seek clarity if the problem is not understood. -- Mohd. Ahtesham From India Using Windows 8.1 at home and windows 10 pro in office

Re: Using tdropbox on W10?

Evidently by felt like, you mean you believed or
believe there is one called local. But what do you want to do? Do
you want to change sync from the default? If you aren't sure what may
happen, with Drop Box not running, when you are at, not in, the Dropbox folder,
copy the folder to the clipboard and paste it somewhere else as a backup.
Then experiment. Or if you let us know exactly what you want to do, use
the sync you have been using in the past or change something, you might get
answers for the specific thing you want to do.

there is one, you might want to try it just in case. I thought that most of the button accessibility problems for Dropbox were resolved by Dropbox themselves in more recent versions, but maybe they've introduced a new one. Hard to say, as I have not seen the situation you're talking about. A quick note that if you use the advanced button, you can then check or uncheck smart sync. It is a little interesting that that is so hidden to begin with.

, I don’t know if this will help. Here goes. Howdy All,
I just ran into an issue with Dropbox where it wouldn't let me acces my files. Well, it turned out that it wanted to update and after downloading the installer and reinstalling Dropbox navigating the folders flat out sucked, so here's how to change the necessary setting for easier navigation.
1. Open Dropbox from the system tray, tab to, Access and Manage your Dropbox settings button, and press enter.
2. Now tab to, Preferences, and press enter.
3. On the General tab, tab to the, Open folders in Dropbox combobox, open this combobox and choose the, Explorer, option. With Jaws you can open this combobox with Alt + down arrow and then up arrow to the Explorer option and press enter to close the combobox. Now tab to, Okay, and press enter to save and close preferences. Note: This can act a little tricky so it might take a couple of attempts to get the Explorer settings change to stick. If you have a shortcut key that opens Dropbox options, after you openDropbox up arrow to, Preferences, press enter and follow step 3 from above. Take care.

Re: Brltty, anything new
David Csercsics
I don't know about BRLTTY for NVDA or narrator, because I've only ever used it on Linux. Hower, I do know that you can use the braille extender add-on to read .brf files. I just open them in wordpad or notepad and put it in .brf mode and that works beautifully. You don't even need to twiddle your braille settings in NVDA to do this. It's just a quick toggle while you're in the .brf file. Maybe the braille extender add-on will help you. I'm not sure what braille display you have, but I might be able to help with BRLTTY. I've just never used it under Windows because the Brailliant BI 40 works great with NVDA and HumanWare's drivers.
