When I try to install windows app essentials  I get a not compatible with this version of windows error.  I am running nvda February 1 and windows 1903 449. What is going wrong?

StationPlaylist update brings changes to encoder status command (SPL Controller, E), and Windows 10 App Essentials brings significant changes requiring NVDA 2019.2.1.

I'm not sure how thils answers my question. I've already got a situation where
the window appears every time I reboot my computer. This would not seem
browser related. When the ad window appears, it blocks part of my screen but
NVDA cannot find it so I can dismiss it. How can Iget NVDA to find it? Or is
there some other way to dismiss?

I’m getting a new hard drive for my computer. I’m planning to create a portable copy of NVDA in case the software can’t be transferred to the new drive from the old. I understand that when I do this, all settings are saved but what about add-ons? Do I need to copy those files separately, then install them after installing the portable copy on my new hard drive? Firefox, not Chrome, and I'd really like to figure out why NVDA's  OCR
isn't doing what it's supposed to. I wonder if it's even working,
because I tried running it in an app the other day and got nothing out
of it. I assumed it was just something it couldn't recognize, but now I
wonder if it's just not really doing anything.
