For renaming a sheet:

Alt + H stands for 'Home' tab in the ribbon.

'O' stands for Format which is found under Cell styles group which is a sub-group of Styles under Home.

'R' is for 'Rename Sheet' which will come down in the list after activating the Format menu.

For moving, I have no idea what Alt + E is for, pressing that hotkey just places me on the Home tab, I think probably its tab is hidden right now in my ribbon. I will try to search on that and come back if I am able to figure that out.

Alt + E generally contains commands to copy, paste, delete, etc.

I found one thread in the Microsoft community which suggests that you can use Office in German language with just the ribbon in English, maybe it will help you. Caution: Moving to English ribbon will also change other shortcuts for you, which you may already feel comfortable with in the German version.

My Firefox was updated. Now it is less accesible than before. The screen looks normal to a sighted person, but NVDA keeps saying "unknown" and doesn't respond to keyhstrokes.

Since only some users are having this problem it might have something to do with the setings in Windows 10.
I have found that some links that are supposed to redirect automatically do not do so. This has been happening for the last few weeks.
My system just updated to the latest version of Windows 10. I haven't checked to see if it is still happening.

I'd suggest you have a look at the Chrome extension, Bandcamp Player Keyboard Shortcuts, which can be used on any Chromium-based browser if you set those other browsers to allow extensions from outside sources (if that's necessary).  It was last updated in December 2020, so it's unlikely to be dead, though I will not guarantee that. See this article on how to enable Chrome Web Store Extensions in Edge:

Brave automatically allows and uses the Chrome Web Store for Extensions, and in Vivaldi this is under the Privacy settings, in a dedicated section for Google Extensions, and appears to be automatically enabled as well (unless I turned this on at one point and have forgotten, and I don't think I did).

So basically, with NVDA and any browser I know of, I can't make things play on Bandcamp, and I'd really like to, because it's pretty hard to decide if you're going to buy music if you can't hear it. If there's no solution for this, do I post on NVDA's Github page? Do I try to get in touch with Bandcamp? Both? I'd really like this to get solved, one way or another. If that means I'm being dumb and missing something obvious, so much the better. But I'm pretty sure it's just broken, because I'm fairly sure others have had problems with it too.
