up and down to easily run each command and at the same time learn the

keyboard shortcuts for each command.

updated itself through NVDA to be compatible with the latest version.

I have it on very good authority that IBM TTS has a legal source for the libraries (and that includes license information clearly noting that) and there exists an NVDA Add-On for same.  I expect that the person who shared this information will also end up sharing it here.

Eloquence and IBM TTS are not one and the same, either.

It was not IBM TTS that I raised my objection to, but the website previously referenced in this topic.  They used to have a Groups.io group that was shut down because their site is what amounts to an open market for hacked/cracked/pirated software.  This is problematic from both a legal and ethical standpoint, and Groups.io as an entity, and the NVDA Group as a group, cannot permit discussion of hacked/cracked/pirated software or marketplaces for same.

Huh. Definitely some kind of Windows issue, yeah. I removed all of the extra voices, except for Ireland which doesn't have a removal button, which is a problem I suspect. Weirdly, all the voices still show up in the voice list, even though I've removed them. So there's definitely something weird going on. Unless anybody has any ideas, I'll probably just leave it alone. I suspect to really remove everything at this point and start fresh we're talking registry stuff, and I am not qualified to deal with that at all.

It sounds like the OneCore voices / languages might have been corrupted - I've seen that happen (with various results) elsewhere - try removing and re-adding a language / language pack and see if that helps.
