Switching between Browse and Focus Modes in NVDA
I just want to know if there is any shortcuts or commands to use because my NVDA screen reader isn't focuse on the links and when i press enter on any link or the space bar on a button doesn't work.

Uninstall then reinstall NVDA.
You don't lose any of your add-ons or other settings by doing so, but it does allow the NVDA uninstaller to "clear out the clutter" that nothing else can get to.

Running Windows 11 2022 h2 and NVDA 2022.3.
I have the speak at sign in screen unchecked and NVDA still speaks at the sign in screen. I did try going through the settings and check it and then

The point is to leave the window and return, but when working with a ribbon program, I haven't seen discussion of whether that works. So I said to leave the window and return in ways I know

If this is the same problem that is popping up in many editing scenarios
It is like NVDA seems to be losing focus and stops speaking
When doing things like backspace/deleting

I suspect the question is about sites with overlays that are supposed to improve accessibility but usually make it worse.

What browser?
Are you talking about the browser's reader mode, or some mode of NVDA? It's not clear to me what you're asking about.
