Iagree with you regarding the very poor quality of Code Factory's Eloquence.
It's very choppy for some reason. Maybe I've been spoiled by JAWS version of

As far as I know, nothing can be done.
There is a SAPI 5 version of Eloquence and you can try it as a demo. It has proper Eloquence speech. I have seen conflicting reports on whether it is

A note: when I installed this, NVDA and Firefox stopped working together. I had to close and reopen Firefox. All is now well.
Where can I get info about what this addon does?

Not sure if this is the type of add on you are looking for. It is under development but it will do the different noises etc. You might have to turn off say the reporting of links etc in document
