It's not the fault of the microphone. The only way to record the microphone and your screen-reader is to find a way to record that mixes both sources together. What you hear or Stereo Mix has

It depends on what recording software you are using, but try looking for an option like stereo mix in your list of recording devices. It's unlikely that this is an NVDA-specific issue.

i face this problem in libreoffice and open office too.
when i press shift down many times to select many lines, nvda does not
say the content of selected line in most cases!
