Most anti viruses will scan anything you intend to save to the system. I've noted that msse can do this, but I think most are intelligent enough to check what file type it is

I tried the RSS reader that is a part of the Webbie package and, while easy to use, I found that notices aren't necessarily in chronological order. You may want to try it and see what your experience

unfortunately, right now, there isn't any free arabic synth. vocalizer
and acapela voices are the only solution.

I'm not sure whether this is what you want with regard to the system tray, but WinKey+B immediately throws focus on the system tray and you can then navigate to whatever you wish to
