If you want technical information, you can use the reliability utility. I'd have to use it again to refresh my memory about the interface but if you run it, it will show you problems that have

Joseph, your hearing hasn't gone wonky. Mainstream support for Win7 ended on January 13, 2015, and extended support will end on January 14, 2020.
