Chris,

Joseph, when I get to the point where a notification is spoken, is it the same as in IE? Do I just hit alt+N to move focus to the notification bar?

The alt k spoken after the shortcut key control+alt+n is not part of the shortcut itself, it's the quick access key you can use to jump directly to the Shortcut Key field within the Shortcut dialog

It is a way to allow a user to press a key to be able to talk. This is a feature of some programs so that you are not constantly transmitting your voice.
Thanks.

Hi, Brian,
Thanks very much for these steps. Yes, they're quite different from earlier versions of windows but they're not hard to learn.

Thanks for the info. Have used sfc scannow many times and did just run it and it found no errors.
Funny how NVDA spells out everything in the run box when scannow is running. Before starting to use

Hello,
TeamTalk is one that does distinguish between them, I believe that TeamSpeak does as well when mapping out keys for push to talk.
Thanks.
