1. Open explorer with win+e.
2. Press and release these keys in sequence: alt, v, h, t.
This is a shortcut to going to the ribbon with

I'll have to find it on amazon, shouldn't be too hard. I know it can run
linux, because chrome OS is linux, but I'm not positive about windows.

For some reason NVDA reads all desktop items like they are check boxes … Any idea what I need to change to resolve this?

Correct, you only have to activate the start button once. Once the test has run you screen reader will announce “Start” a second time, as there is no other audio indication while it runs.

There is no reason to press the start button again once it is announced. Just look at the page. The results are there. it would make no logical sense for the test to require start to be pressed
