This needs to be checked by different people. I don't know if the page refreshes. Using Firefox and NVDA, on a slow computer, I hear a lot of brief pauses while reading the page. But I don't know

I was able to navigate below issue and didn't observe any auto-refreshing issues. I did see some links/images that had no/bad labels, but no other accessibility issue.

Could you confirm the Crome version on that? I’m using Chrome version 49.0.2623.87 and when I load the Settings, NVDA lands me in a Search edit box and even though i have got automatic focus mode
