Re: Roman algarisms
You know brian this is not really an nvda issue, I had this back in the dos days to, if I assigned something to a dictionary for example a roman numeral or a scientiffic symbol then that would be used

Re: Roman algarisms
Maybe you can do it properly with regular expressions in the speech dictionary. I'm not sure you can do it without using regular expressions.

Don't you have to join the insiders program for this sort of interaction?

Hi! I am interested how to create the autocompletion file for notepad++? I am interested in that, because sometimes it is not doing what I want it to do. If there's some way to do it, please send me

Roman algarisms
Hi,
How can i instruct NVDA to announce "DI" as "D" "I" instead of 501 and "CDI" as "C" "D" "I" instead of 401?
Or, still better, how can I set NVDA to forget roman numbers altogether?

Re: Lines with unknown characters aren't spoken
Hi Guenni,
Does this happen in a particular program (e.g., Microsoft Word or Firefox)? And it's the whole line not being read, not just the particular character?
Regards
Quentin.
